Job Summary: The Inventory/Logistics Assistant ensures operational efficiency and process control by monitoring deliveries, tracking stockouts, and managing cancellations. Key Highlights: 1. Constant interface with internal logistics and sales departments. **Position: Inventory / Logistics Assistant - Vila Anahy - Campo Grande/MS - #1117** **Job Objective:** Ensure continuous monitoring of deliveries, stockout control, and cancellation management to guarantee higher operational efficiency, reduced supply chain failures, and improved control over departmental processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor daily deliveries, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quantities. * Monitor inventory stockouts, identifying root causes and proposing corrective actions. * Control and monitor cancellations, ensuring traceability and alignment with involved departments. * Update operational control reports and performance indicators. * Support inventory replenishment planning to prevent shortages or overstocking. * Proactively anticipate operational risks. * Maintain constant interface with internal departments (logistics and sales). **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields (or currently enrolled). * Prior experience in inventory control, delivery management, or operational routines. * Proficiency in Excel/control spreadsheets. * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle urgent tasks. * Analytical and proactive mindset. * Responsible and committed. * Ability to manage deadlines and priorities. **Salary and Benefits Offered by the Company** * Salary: R$ 2.589,12 * Productivity bonus * Attendance bonus (gift card) * Education allowance: R$ 200.00 (reimbursable – submit proof by the 26th of each month) * Health allowance: R$ 200.00 (reimbursable – submit proof by the 26th of each month) * Fuel allowance: R$ 170.00 or transportation voucher * Meal allowance – employee contribution: R$ 20.00 (monthly) * Transportation voucher – if opted for: 6% ( ) Yes ( ) No * Group life insurance **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 08:00–17:00; Saturdays: 08:00–12:00 Minimum Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree
