It provides tools for lead generation, contact nurturing, and performance analytics. **Responsibilities:** Dispense medications, verifying prescriptions and providing pharmaceutical counseling to patients. Manage medication inventory control, including controlled substances, and conduct inventories. Verify expiration dates, product integrity, and proper storage conditions for all products. Provide customer service and clarify information regarding health products, cosmetics, and dermocosmetics. Supervise and guide customer service and pharmacy counter staff. Ensure compliance with sanitary and legal regulations set by health surveillance authorities. Perform administrative and bureaucratic tasks inherent to the role.
