




Job Summary: The Logistics Assistant verifies and organizes orders, serves customers, and assists in inventory management and carrier relationship management, ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Direct customer and carrier service and relationship management. 2. Order organization and analysis for billing. 3. Crucial support to the Logistics Supervisor and merchandise management. **What We Expect From You:** * Completed high school education. * Preferred: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Experience working with external partners (suppliers and customers). * Knowledge of integrated systems. * SAP experience is a plus. * Advanced Excel skills. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. * Customer satisfaction orientation. **A Day in the Life of a Logistics Assistant:** * Daily verification of orders generated by the sales department; analysis of data consistency required in orders (addresses, phone numbers, delivery dates, references, availability, etc.); chronological organization of orders; and release\-of orders for billing. * Conducts telephone customer service to inform customers about delivery timelines. * Informs the Logistics Supervisor of any issues involving the picking team, operations, or products. * Assists the Logistics Supervisor in ensuring smooth warehouse addressing activities (set\-up, rotating inventories, etc.). * Handles daily processing of canceled RSS orders. * Records merchandise discrepancies identified during merchandise picking. * Maintains strong relationships and serves as the liaison with third-party carriers. * Collaborates with the Customer Service team to proactively prevent potential merchandise-related issues. * Reports merchandise-related incidents to the Logistics Supervisor and/or Logistics Manager. * Serves as the primary contact for the Merchandise Pickup Counter. * Is responsible for their work equipment. * Adheres to safety regulations.
