Unit Manager in Campo Grande, MS We are seeking a professional to serve as Unit Manager in Campo Grande/MS. Job duties will be performed full-time and on-site. Responsibilities Manage unit business operations to achieve the strategic objectives defined by the Company. Manage the unit’s Commercial, Administrative, and Operational areas, assuming responsibility for achieved results and team management. Collaborate with the department’s executive leadership to establish goals for achieving projected regional results. Monitor the unit’s financial performance and propose alternative business strategies to enhance projected results. Develop partnerships with customers and suppliers through ethical and professional relationships, translating into service excellence and full customer satisfaction, thereby reinforcing the Company’s leadership position within its industry segment. Ensure the unit operates in compliance with the Company’s policies, procedures, and standards; Required Competencies Results-oriented mindset, teamwork, customer focus, assertive communication, operational excellence, continuous improvement focus, logical reasoning. Requirements Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; Preferred: 4 years of experience leading teams and performing activities related to this opportunity, preferably in logistics, construction, or equipment rental sectors.
