**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Assist in real-time interventions on 34.5 kV and 15 kV distribution networks under unstable conditions, supporting disturbance analysis according to their specific characteristics, based on studies, operational procedures, and regulations, restoring service promptly while ensuring personal and operational safety, applying safety procedures and operational verbal communication;
* Assist in analyzing and dispatching emergency technical and commercial services, allocating tasks to response teams to reduce average travel time and expedite service delivery according to established priorities in procedures, preserving quality indicators and adherence to regulated deadlines;
* Guide teams regarding travel and task execution to optimize available human and infrastructure resources;
* Assist in analyzing and issuing real-time documents for scheduled outages, emergencies, and urgent situations in the Distribution System;
* Record incidents in distribution operation systems, as well as services performed by emergency technical and commercial technical service teams for indicator calculation;
* Register equipment anomalies in distribution networks using specific software;
* Assist in developing and executing emergency switching operations and circuit recovery within timely intervals to minimize impacts on customers;
* Stay updated with operational documentation;
* Assist in carrying out scheduled outage processes, ensuring compliance with deadlines set by the regulatory agency and enabling maintenance and network improvement work;
* Remotely operate automated reclosers on 34.5 kV and 15 kV networks via telecontrol and guide line electricians on restoration switching operations following disturbances and isolation for maintenance;
* Detect anomalies in the electrical system, communication, supervision, and control systems; intervene if possible, or notify responsible departments when necessary;
* Keep supervisors and on-call personnel informed about incidents and contingencies affecting the Distribution Electrical System;
* Inform your shift replacement about all relevant events, pending items, and ongoing switching operations during shift handover;
* Contribute to improving team qualification and professional development;
* Ensure personal safety, team safety, distribution network equipment safety, and customer safety;
* Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity level;
* Work on rotating shifts.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school education;
* Completed Technical Course in Electrotechnology;
* Active CRT/CFT registration;
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
* Availability to work on rotating shifts, including alternate days and hours, weekends, holidays, and various shifts, with rest days according to the company-defined schedule.
