**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Assist with real-time interventions on 34.5 kV and 15 kV distribution networks under unstable conditions, supporting disturbance analysis according to their specific characteristics based on studies, operational procedures, and regulations, restoring circuits promptly while ensuring personal and operational safety, applying safety procedures and verbal operational communication;
* Assist with analysis and dispatch of emergency technical and commercial services, allocating tasks to response teams to reduce average travel time and expedite service delivery according to established priorities in procedures, preserving quality indicators and adherence to regulated deadlines;
* Guide teams regarding travel and task execution to optimize available human and infrastructure resources;
* Assist with real-time analysis and issuance of documents related to scheduled outages, emergencies, and urgent cases in the Distribution System;
* Record incidents in distribution operation systems, as well as services performed by emergency technical teams and commercial technical service teams, for indicator calculation;
* Record anomalies in distribution equipment using specific software;
* Assist with the development and execution of emergency switching operations and timely circuit restoration to minimize impacts on customers;
* Stay updated with operational documentation;
* Assist with scheduled outage processes, ensuring compliance with deadlines set by regulatory authorities and enabling maintenance and network improvement activities;
* Remotely operate automated reclosers on 34.5 kV and 15 kV networks via telecontrol, and guide line electricians during reconnection maneuvers following disturbances and isolation for maintenance;
* Detect anomalies in the electrical system, communication, supervision, and control systems, intervening if possible, or escalating to responsible areas when necessary;
* Keep supervisors and on-call personnel informed about incidents and contingencies affecting the Distribution Electrical System;
* Inform your shift replacement of all relevant events, pending items, and ongoing switching operations during shift handover;
* Contribute to team qualification improvement and professional development;
* Ensure personal safety, team safety, safety of distribution network equipment, and customer safety;
* Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity;
* Work on rotating shifts.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school education;
* Completed Technical Course in Electrotechnology;
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
* Availability to work on rotating shifts, including alternate days and hours, possibly including weekends, holidays, and various shifts, with days off according to the company-defined schedule.
* Valid CFT/CRT certification.
