This position is for a client company in the construction sector, with direct hiring by the organization. **Job Mission** We are looking for a Project Manager with solid experience managing construction projects requiring technical expertise, understanding of applicable legislation, institutional relationship management, and coordination of multidisciplinary teams. This professional will be responsible for ensuring that all project phases—planning, execution, and approval—are carried out in accordance with current regulations and the organization’s strategic objectives. **Responsibilities** * Lead project planning, monitoring, and control from conception through final approval. * Interpret and analyze technical projects, studies, and engineering, architecture, and related field documents. * Ensure compliance with municipal, state, and federal legislation, including urban, environmental, and sector-specific regulations. * Serve as the focal point for public agencies, government-owned corporations, and regulatory entities to obtain licenses, permits, and approvals. * Develop and maintain relationships with private partners, suppliers, investors, and other stakeholders. * Identify, select, and hire specialized designers and consultants according to project needs. * Coordinate and validate technical deliverables, ensuring interdisciplinary compatibility and adherence to legal requirements. * Monitor approval processes, respond to inquiries, and implement necessary adjustments. * Manage timelines, costs, risks, and quality, ensuring alignment with project objectives. **Requirements** * Solid knowledge of urban, environmental, and regulatory legislation. * Bachelor’s degree completed in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. * Ability to read and interpret multidisciplinary project documentation. * Experience with licensing and approval procedures at public agencies. * Skill in drafting terms of reference, scopes of work, and technical contracts. * Proficiency in project management methodologies.
