Job Summary: The Logistics Assistant will be responsible for scheduling and monitoring deliveries/pickups, document control, and customer service, ensuring operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Team support and knowledge sharing We are seeking a Logistics Assistant to schedule deliveries and reverse pickups, monitor these operations, and manage documentation. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive documentation and process delivery scheduling via system. * Serve customers picking up goods. * Track customer addresses that cannot be located. * Provide funds to drivers and manage expense reports. * Receive and record cash freight payments, reporting to Finance. * Manage petty cash and support document verification. * Prepare mailbags and dispatch documents to the route. * Finalize delivery confirmations and submit expense reports to Head Office. * Comply with company policies, standards, SOPs, and safeguard the company’s image. * Support colleagues, share knowledge, and perform related tasks. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background** * Completed High School education. **Additional Information** Meal Allowance; Lunch Voucher; Food Basket; PPR – Profit Sharing Program; Career and Salary Plan; SEST SENAT Agreement (dentist, nutritionist, psychologist, club, and gym); "Love Pack" (maternity kit); Birthday Day Off. **Since 1989, we’ve delivered trust, quality, and speed across Brazil.** **At Carvalima**, we’re driven by our passion to connect people, companies, and results.
