Stimulating work environment with continuous learning Perform technical activities and provide advisory and consulting services to target stakeholders within their area of expertise, delivering support for decision-making oriented toward optimizing industrial competitiveness. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Identify existing demands together with target stakeholders; propose, develop, and implement plans, programs, and projects to meet those demands; * Serve clients by providing them with technical guidance on matters related to their area of expertise; * Plan, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate outcomes of events, advisory services, consulting, technical visits, training courses, lectures, and other instructional activities related to their area of expertise; * Manage data and populate management systems; * Participate in technical meetings, committees, councils, and boards, taking appropriate actions regarding resolutions; * Prepare technical documents, standards, procedures, regulations, and other materials related to their field of activity; * Supervise, execute, and monitor projects, processes, and procedures inherent to their area of responsibility, and propose improvement initiatives; * Produce and disseminate up-to-date information to target stakeholders; * Perform duties in compliance with applicable legislation and technical standards; * Develop templates for informative and promotional materials; * Analyze, conduct, and supervise technical tests; * Comply with quality, health, safety, and environmental legislation and standards; * Deliver lectures on structured topics. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Updated Professional Resume; * Certificate of Completion of Undergraduate Degree in Civil Engineering; * Minimum six months of professional experience in the field of training; * Valid Brazilian National Driver's License, Category B**;** * Specialization Certificate or Postgraduate Degree**.** **Additional Information** * Health Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Education Assistance \- Discounts at SESI schools and SENAI courses in Mato Grosso do Sul; * Childcare Assistance; * Life Insurance; * Special Dependent Assistance; * Access to Corporate University; * Flexible Meal/Voucher Allowance – R$ 35.00 per business day (pro-rated according to working hours and subject to the Meal/Voucher Allowance Grant Regulation); * Annual Influenza Vaccination Campaign.
