Description: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or a related field; * Postgraduate qualification in the commercial area is an advantage; * Solid sales experience, preferably within the same industry segment (Textiles); * Comprehensive knowledge of customer relationship management techniques and segmented market intelligence; * Established relationships and sales expertise in the haberdashery and stationery channels within the region; * Capability and skill to develop in-store (PDV) initiatives that drive sales growth and strengthen brand presence; * Valid driver's license (CNH). Main Responsibilities: * Ensure achievement of sales forecasts, revenue targets, and the company's market share in the region; * Maintain effective customer relationships through supervised visits and service to Consumer/Retail clients; * Promote company products to customers via technical sales, demonstrating the economic value and technical feasibility of our offerings; * Prospect new customers and expand sales among existing customers; * Manage PDV-related business activities; * Develop new sales channels and manage sales for current customers; * Contribute to the development of new products and services; * Monitor competitor activities and market positioning. 2512250202491884567
