The Labor Tracker is responsible for controlling, recording, and monitoring labor activities on construction sites and projects, ensuring work is performed according to plan and within established timelines. This professional is essential for organizing and managing human resources at construction sites, guaranteeing that all information regarding working hours, output, and productivity is properly recorded and reported. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Employee timekeeping:** Perform daily recording of employees' working hours at the construction site, noting arrivals, departures, overtime, absences, and justifications for absences. * **Production and activity tracking:** Monitor workers' execution of tasks and record task progress according to the project's production schedule. * **On-site human resource management:** Ensure labor allocation matches the site's requirements, reporting to the site manager or supervisor regarding necessary adjustments. * **Productivity data recording:** Record and update worker productivity data—such as volume of work completed—and compare them against established targets. * **Material and tool control:** Record usage of materials and tools during work, ensuring no waste occurs and resources are used appropriately. * **Daily and weekly reporting:** Generate daily or weekly reports on labor activities, including information on working hours, productivity, and any issues encountered. * **Leave and vacation tracking:** Organize and maintain records of employee leaves, vacations, and work schedules. * **Communication with construction site management team:** Maintain regular contact with engineers, foremen, and supervisors to ensure work progress aligns with plans. * **Compliance with safety regulations:** Ensure workers adhere to occupational safety regulations, recording any incidents or accidents occurring at the construction site.
