




Job Summary: Support the resident engineer in production planning, material management, quantity surveying, documentation, and occupational safety to ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in procurement administration of materials and cost control. 2. Monitoring of construction documentation and project control. 3. Support to the resident engineer at various stages of the construction project. Responsibilities: 1\- Assist in the administration of material procurement for construction execution via the IFS system, ensuring materials are available on time, within budget, and according to planned specifications; 2\- Assist the resident engineer in drafting contracts and performing monthly measurement compilation and posting for contractors via the IFS system; 3\- Print and distribute frontline service material lists (kits) to the resident engineer and/or supervisor responsible for activity execution; 4\- Validate MPLs through discussions with the resident engineer or responsible supervisor, identifying potential discrepancies between budgeted and actual work; 5\- Notify the procurement department of identified discrepancies and manage inventory control for material surpluses and shortages; 6\- Accompany the resident engineer in cost control meetings and act accordingly regarding service and material procurement as directed; 7\- Manage construction documentation including contracts, permits, inspection sheets (FIs), material verification sheets (FVMs), and addenda; 8\- Control construction projects by identifying personnel holding project documents and updating them during revisions; 9\- Assist the resident engineer in implementing actions described in the PCMAT and PCMSO; 10\- Assist in monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance of construction equipment to ensure full operational functionality; 11\- Assist the construction administrator in coordinating contractors’ tax payment submissions; **Responsibilities and Duties** Support the resident engineer in production planning, material management, quantity surveying, documentation, and occupational safety processes. **Additional Information** Operational Since 1970, when a young engineer decided to found Plaenge, our purpose has always been clear: **to be a solid, ethical company with real impact on people’s lives.** More than 55 years later, we take pride in what we have built: projects that transform cities, relationships founded on respect and trust, and a team growing alongside our history.
