Perform administrative, financial, and billing process activities; manage financial transactions to ensure accuracy and efficiency of internal processes; guarantee customer satisfaction and compliance with the business unit’s tax obligations. * Ensure vehicle sales proposals comply with Enzo Group and/or manufacturer guidelines; perform vehicle invoicing; * Assist in calculating sales consultants’ commissions related to add-on sales; * Monitor factory bonuses and support vehicle acquisition; * Support direct sales processes and vehicle delivery; * Notify purchase and sale of vehicles; verify whether pending issues prevent invoicing or inventory flow; * Execute vehicle return procedures and/or correction letters; conduct manual verifications.
