You’ll join a dynamic team that values innovation and pragmatic problem\-solving, working on cloud\-native infrastructure and modern tooling to accelerate software delivery. Based in **Brazil \- São Paulo**, this role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of development, operations, and quality engineering. **What you will do:** * Design, implement, and maintain robust **CI/CD pipelines** (primarily in Jenkins) to streamline build, test, and release processes with reliability and speed. * Deploy and optimize applications on **AWS** (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda), ensuring scalable, secure, and cost\-effective infrastructure. * Apply **ML and Generative AI** techniques to improve deployment strategies and automate routine operational tasks. * Build comprehensive **Grafana dashboards** for real\-time performance monitoring and clear visualization of key system metrics. * Manage and optimize **databases** (PostgreSQL, Oracle, InfluxDB), including performance tuning, backup/restore, and efficient data access strategies. **The skills you bring:** * Proven experience in **DevOps/SRE**, with hands\-on AWS across deployments, networking, security, and operations. * Solid knowledge of **Infrastructure as Code** using CloudFormation or Terraform, with safe validation of infrastructure changes. * Experience with **RDS** (Postgres, Oracle) and **InfluxDB** administration, including backup/restore and performance optimization. * Familiarity with **observability stacks**: Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, plus log aggregation pipelines. * Strong grasp of **software development** principles and **DevOps** best practices. * Excellent **problem\-solving** skills and a collaborative mindset for team\-oriented work. * Clear, effective **communication**, able to explain complex topics in accessible terms. * English language fluent **Work Model:** Hybrid **Location**: São Paulo \- Brazil **Why join Ericsson?**At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
