Implementation of continuous improvement and innovation HCC Hospitality is seeking a General Manager to lead the operation of a property managed by the company in Campo Grande – Mato Grosso do Sul. We seek a professional with solid experience in hotel management, strong leadership capability, strategic vision, and a focus on operational excellence, people, and results, who will act as an ambassador of HCC Hospitality’s culture. **Key Responsibilities:** \- Full hotel management, ensuring operational efficiency, service quality, and excellence in guest experience; \- Leadership, development, and engagement of teams; \- Management of performance indicators (operational, financial, and people-related); \- Ensuring adherence to budget, business goals, and results; \- Liaison with corporate departments, partners, suppliers, and stakeholders; \- Implementation of continuous improvement, innovation, and best management practices. **Desired Profile:** \- Proven experience as General Manager in hospitality \- Strong results-, people-, and customer experience-oriented mindset \- Decision-making ability, organizational skills, and strategic vision \- Communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills \- Willingness to work on-site in Campo Grande/MS Job Type: Full-time Compensation: R$0,01 per month
