Present the menu and assist customers in making decisions. Prepare and serve ice cream, milkshakes, sundaes, and other delicacies. Maintain a clean and tidy workplace. Receive payments and operate the cash register. Ensure ingredients and products are always adequately stocked. Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. Build good relationships with customers and appropriately resolve any issues or complaints. Collaborate in cleaning and maintaining the premises.
