We have an opportunity for an **Administrative Assistant – Billing and Receiving** at **Refrigeração TIPI\- Campo Grande.** **Responsibilities and Duties** Support company operations by performing administrative routines, including system data entry, verification, issuance, organization, and storage of documents and invoices, as well as purchase requisitions, inventory control, and PPE management. Assist in material control and verification, ensuring workplace organization and information accuracy. Provide administrative support to other departments and internal clients by handling phone or corporate platform inquiries, contributing to report preparation, and tracking requests with logistics companies—such as pickups, deliveries, and delay resolution. Maintain workplace cleanliness and organization according to the 5S program standards. Perform collaboratively and safely, correctly using PPEs, complying with regulations and procedures, reporting irregularities, actively participating in training sessions, and carrying out additional duties compatible with the position as required internally. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements and Qualifications: To participate in this opportunity, you must meet the following requirements: **Soprano Employee** * Minimum 4 months of employment with the company. 4 Months of employment Completed High School; Computer literacy (spreadsheets, word processors, email, etc.).
