Job Summary: Maintenance Technician responsible for installation, configuration, preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial marking equipment, with a focus on failure diagnosis, correction, and technical support. Technical guidance to customers and preparation of service reports. The Maintenance Technician at Tesla Marcações Industriais performs installation, configuration, preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial marking equipment, such as date coders, coders, and industrial printers (inkjet, thermal transfer, laser, among others). Responsibilities include diagnosing and correcting electromechanical, electrical, and electronic failures; replacing components; performing fine adjustments; calibrating systems; conducting operational tests; and validating equipment functionality. The role involves executing internal and external technical support, preparing service reports, providing technical guidance to customers, and adhering to company safety procedures and technical standards. We seek a proactive, organized professional with strong technical expertise to perform preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment, field installation and technical support, failure identification, preparation of technical reports, and customer service.
