Job Summary: Manage inventory accuracy across the network by coordinating physical and cycle counts to ensure reliable data and reduce losses. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate inventory teams and third-party companies 2. Ensure the reliability of stock information 3. Seek improvements and monitor inventory results Guarantee network inventory accuracy through planning, coordination, and execution of physical and cycle counts, ensuring data reliability, loss reduction, and support for commercial and operational decision-making. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the inventory team; * Coordinate the third-party company contracted to perform inventories; * Develop the inventory schedule according to demand and validate it with management; * Monitor unit preparation in advance of inventories to confirm compliance with requirements; * Implement improvement actions and conduct post-inventory follow-up; * Identify and evaluate optimal third-party inventory service providers; * Monitor results and provide feedback to the department team; * Schedule employee vacation time; * Review banked hours reports and schedule compensatory time within the contractual deadline; * Inform management of situations deviating from company practices; **Required Qualifications:** * Completed bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, or related fields); * Proven experience in retail inventory and stock control; * Knowledge of stock control and managerial reporting; * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced level). * Willingness to travel and valid driver's license (Class B).
