Job Summary: Supervise and ensure efficient execution of financial operations under the CSC regime, coordinating finance teams and processes to align with Controller guidelines. Key Highlights: 1. Identify deficiencies and implement continuous process improvements Supervise and ensure efficient execution of financial operations under the CSC regime, meeting group requirements. Coordinate teams and processes related to accounts payable and receivable, cash flow, bank reconciliations, and compliance with tax obligations, ensuring alignment with strategic guidelines defined by the Controller. Supervise financial processes across the 8 stores and other partner ventures under the CSC. Ensure timely processing of accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and reporting. Supervise daily and monthly financial closings. Control consolidated cash flow across all operations. Coordinate and train the finance team, ensuring alignment with best practices. Assign tasks and monitor individual and collective performance. Ensure adherence to internal processes defined by the Controller. Identify process deficiencies and implement continuous improvements. Prepare documentation and support internal and external audits. Consolidate financial information and generate periodic reports for the Controller. Assist in preparing the monthly Income Statement (DRE) and analyzing the operational balance sheet. Support the Controller in defining financial strategies and implementing policies aligned with business objectives. Contribute to cost management by proposing financial optimization measures.
