Identify opportunities for process improvement **Casa do Construtor \- We are the largest construction equipment rental network in Latin America!** The Store Manager will be responsible for managing the store unit to ensure operational efficiency, achievement of financial targets, and excellence in customer service. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead, motivate, and develop the store team. * Manage financial and sales KPIs to achieve targets. * Monitor and drive sales performance while strengthening customer relationships. * Manage equipment and machinery maintenance, as well as procurement of parts and supplies required for store maintenance and operations. * Identify opportunities for improvement in internal workflows and the customer journey. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Store Manager. * Experience with construction equipment maintenance is desirable. * Knowledge of team and process management. * Knowledge of sales and customer service. * Completed high school education and/or higher education degree. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 07:15–17:45 (2-hour lunch break) \- Saturdays: 07:15–12:00 Salary: R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance Work Location: On-site
