Strategic involvement in highly complex and continuously operating environments **Industrial Manager \- Campo Grande – MS \| On-site** We are conducting a selection process for a company in the chemical/petrochemical sector, operating B2B to supply raw materials and industrial solutions to segments such as lubricants, asphalt, agrochemicals, and the chemical industry. We seek an **Industrial Manager** to assume a key role in operations, with focus on the company’s expansion project. **Main Challenges and Responsibilities:** * Assume industrial operations management, ensuring plant stability, efficiency, and evolution; * Directly participate in structuring and improving production processes, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance; * Implement and monitor performance indicators; * Manage and develop multidisciplinary teams (production, maintenance, quality, and logistics); * Participate in production planning and control (PPC), aligning operations with demand; * Support strategic projects, including expansion and commissioning of new units; * Maintain direct interface with executive management, demonstrating proactive engagement, autonomy, and owner’s mindset. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Production, Mechanical, or related fields); * Postgraduate degree/MBA in industrial management or related areas; * Solid experience in process industries (chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, fertilizers, or related); * Experience in industrial management with leadership of operational teams; * Experience in continuously operating, highly complex environments; * Strong capability to structure processes, performance indicators, and operational routines. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in refining, asphalt, lubricants, or chemical derivatives. **Compensation: To be negotiated (CLT)** **Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (business hours)** If you have industrial management experience and seek a high-impact, leadership-oriented challenge, please submit your resume or refer suitable candidates. e\-mail: **lethicia@milenamendonca.com.br** \#IndustrialManager \#Operations \#Industry \#Engineering \#Leadership \#CampoGrandeMS \#Opportunity Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
