




Operate the most complex processes in steam production and cooling systems, independently carrying out technical activities related to measurement, treatment, and monitoring of chemicals and the water and effluent treatment station, thus ensuring proper functioning of machines and equipment and sector productivity. Aim for agility in processes and achievement of targets. Act as a driver for the development of other team members in the area by providing support and training, aiming at process standardization and delivery quality. **Responsibilities and duties** Measure chemical dosages and calculate concentrations; Operate pumping systems and control the operation of fixed machinery; Operate equipment in the steam generation area, managing controls for water, air, and biomass to produce steam within quality and safety standards; Bring the boiler into operational mode, performing all biomass (conveyor belts) and water maneuvers according to the logical startup sequence of a boiler; Prepare machines and equipment for operation and independently control boiler operation and water quality; Operate the steam production and cooling system processes during your shift, checking equipment functionality, assigning tasks to be performed, and monitoring operators' work to ensure their productivity and safety; Operate boilers, cooling towers, chillers, and water and effluent treatment stations with high autonomy; Prepare daily production and quality reports to identify deviations from standards in the production process, take corrective actions, and inform the utilities leader and supervisor; Perform daily inspections of department equipment to identify potential failures and communicate them to maintenance departments, utilities leaders, and supervisors; Fill out forms, checklists, and other similar documents; Prepare reports on incidents occurring during your shift, passing information on to the next shift; Independently prepare reports containing data on steam production, water production, chemical treatment, and machine downtime for general production monitoring and control purposes; Guide other team members in your area regarding company regulations, work and safety procedures, and other job-related aspects; Identify and evaluate causes of equipment malfunctions to arrange necessary repairs as quickly as possible; Ensure organization, hygiene, and cleanliness of work areas to maintain a conducive work environment; Carry out job activities respecting all organizational safety, health, and environmental regulations, consistently using all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE), and reporting to immediate supervisors any activity posing health risks to themselves or coworkers; Perform duties in alignment with the company's values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals and maintaining confidentiality and protection of company information; Maintain discipline in the 5S program, aiming for safe work through sustained organization, standardization, and workplace cleanliness; Safeguard company assets under their responsibility, promptly reporting any issues or damages detected. **Requirements and qualifications** High school diploma; Professional experience. **Additional information** Benefits: Meal allowance; Health insurance (Unimed); Dental plan; Transportation voucher; Profit sharing (PPR); Gympass; Meals provided at the company.
