Focused on quality and innovation, the company serves diverse market demands. **Responsibilities:** Lead and guide the team of electricians and automation technicians. Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on packaging equipment (fillers, labelers, conveyors, palletizers, etc.). Ensure proper operation of electrical panels, frequency inverters, PLCs, and supervisory systems. Perform failure analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (RCA). Monitor maintenance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, availability). Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations (NR\-10\) and other legal requirements. Support continuous improvement initiatives and efficiency enhancement (lean manufacturing). Previous experience as Electrical Supervisor, Electrical Projects Coordinator, Electrical Engineer, or Electrical Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Technical qualification required.
