Participation in standard operating procedure trainings Job Description: * Responsible for cleaning and/or sanitizing hotel rooms and apartments, following * Adhering to safety, hygiene, and cleaning protocols; * Using appropriate PPE (gloves, apron, mask, shoes) and configuring cleaning carts with linens and cleaning kits; * Receiving daily instructions from supervisors and reporting corrective maintenance needs; * Room/apartment interventions include cleaning, linen replacement, replenishment of supplies, identification of laundry departures, and sanitation—including surface cleaning, trash bin replacement, and bathroom sanitation; * Floor cleaning is performed by sweeping or vacuuming, focusing on floor corridors; * Mandatory participation in area-specific standard operating procedure trainings, delivered via e-learning, in-person, or as directed by management.
