Assist technicians with assigned tasks, monitor field services, and assign additional activities upon completion of their routes—thereby promoting productivity targets, deadline compliance, and other service-level metrics; * Verify quality, deadlines, and other relevant aspects of service orders assigned to teams through customer contact; * Assist in resolving field service deviations by documenting issues and escalating them to the immediate supervisor; * Provide technical support and mobilize operational teams using established techniques, standards, and information systems. Perform other activities of similar nature, complexity level, and responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** High school diploma.
