Description
Provide technical support to users;
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripherals;
Administer networks, internet, and servers;
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure;
Manage access controls, backups, and information security;
Assist in identifying and resolving technical issues;
Provide support for systems, telephony, and company equipment.
REQUIREMENTS
Prior experience as an IT infrastructure technician (entry-level);
Knowledge of networking, hardware, and operating systems;
Basic understanding of servers, backups, and information security;
Strong problem-solving skills, organizational ability, proactivity, and good communication;
Completed undergraduate degree in Systems Analysis, Data Processing Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields;
IT certifications will be considered a plus;
