Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Generalist HR Analyst to operate at the frontline of our operations, ensuring excellence in HR processes and providing direct support to managers and employees. End-to-end responsibility for HR processes We are looking for a **Generalist HR Analyst** with a dynamic profile and **hands\-on** approach. The professional will operate at the frontline of our operations, ensuring excellence in Human Resources processes and delivering direct support to managers and employees across all stages of the talent journey. **Key Responsibilities:** * Execute onboarding, integration, and offboarding processes, ensuring documentary compliance. * Manage and process electronic timekeeping records, monitoring working hour balances, medical certificates, and absenteeism. * Administer the benefits portfolio (enrollments/terminations) and provide consultative support to employees. * Verify and validate payroll variables for payroll processing. * Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from screening to scheduling technical interviews. * Support training logistics, internal marketing campaigns, and initiatives aimed at organizational climate. * Monitor occupational health routines, periodic medical examinations, and provide support to the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA). * Prepare reports and track departmental KPIs (e.g., turnover rate, average time-to-hire) to support decision-making. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. * Proven experience in generalist HR operations. * Knowledge of labor legislation. * Proactive profile with excellent communication skills and a problem-solving focus.
