FIXED ASSETS ASSISTANT (TEMPORARY)

We are looking for a Temporary Fixed Assets Assistant to support the accounting department in performing routine tasks, overseeing closing processes, conducting analyses, and providing support to the team during the contract period. You will join a closely-knit and collaborative team, contributing to the organization and accuracy of accounting information supporting the business. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in controlling, registering, and updating the company's fixed assets. * Support reconciliation of fixed asset accounts, following team guidance. * Perform verifications, postings, and updates of fixed asset movements (acquisitions, transfers, disposals, etc.). DIFAL calculation. * Support in calculating and monitoring asset depreciation. * Assist in preparing fixed asset reports. * Organize and maintain files and documents related to assets and contracts. * Provide administrative support for fixed asset control-related requests. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences. * Proficiency in fiscal depreciation calculation and asset control is desirable. * Basic knowledge of ICMS is desirable. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Additional Information** * Meal allowance; * Life insurance; * Partnerships with educational institutions offering discounts on courses and training programs.
