Organization of technical and administrative information **Job Mission** Support the site engineer in daily operational tasks on the construction site by performing material takeoffs according to project specifications, assisting with contractor measurements, monitoring service deliveries, and organizing technical and administrative information—ensuring effective support for execution and control of site activities. **Responsibilities** * Assist in identifying materials required for construction execution, in accordance with project specifications and the engineer's instructions; * Support verification and organization of budgetary and quantity information; * Monitor construction planning, recording information regarding deadlines, materials, and labor; * Support monitoring of service approvals and releases per internal procedures; * Assist in reviewing and verifying project documents to ensure correct service execution; * Track construction progress against physical scheduling; * Support communication of service planning to the foreman and supervisors; * Assist in preparing and organizing contractor contracts and measurements; * Request and organize service and material quotations; * Provide operational and administrative support to the site engineer.
