**Job Description \- External Recruitment**
**Responsibilities:*** Align with the strategic objectives of the Business Unit, Division, Functional Area, or Plant, executing the Performance Excellence (PE) program to achieve them;
* Train and develop teams on PE pillars;
* Provide advanced coaching in data-driven problem solving using analytics and structured methodologies;
* Support plants in root cause analysis, systematic problem resolution, and implementation of sustainable countermeasures;
* Apply Kaizen methodologies to promote rapid and sustainable improvements;
* Educate and train local teams and steering committees on PE-aligned tools and methodologies;
* Audit and guide plant leadership teams on KPIs, pillars, and key projects, ensuring visibility, trend monitoring, and standardization;
* Share best practices across plants, ensuring process alignment and consistency;
* Ensure plant colleagues' satisfaction through structured visits and knowledge transfer;
* Monitor and guide implementation initiatives, ensuring delivery of tangible savings;
* Identify and communicate implementation barriers, supporting local specialists and plant leaders in resolving them;
* Escalate critical implementation issues to Operations leadership, review visit reports, and propose solutions for identified gaps;
* Act as a multiplier and guardian of the Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement culture within ADM.
**Requirements:*** Bachelor's degree in Engineering;
* Postgraduate degree preferred: preferably in Project Management;
* Language: Advanced English and basic Spanish;
* Experience in Manufacturing Operations;
* Proven experience in continuous improvement and process optimization projects;
* Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (preferred), Green Belt certification (mandatory);
* Experience in developing and delivering training;
* Solid knowledge of data analysis tools, problem-solving techniques, and Lean Manufacturing methodologies;
* Knowledge of structured management systems and performance indicators (KPIs), TPM, and WCM;
* Ability to conduct technical training and workshops at various organizational levels;
* Willingness to travel and work across multiple plants (up to 50% of time);
* Strong focus on safety, quality, and sustainability.
