Monitoring cash flow. Organizing financial documents. Supporting monthly closing with accounting. Organizing administrative routines. Controlling documents, contracts, and deadlines. Supporting internal organization and basic compliance. Supporting procurement of raw materials and supplies. Controlling minimum inventory levels and replenishments. Recording material entries and exits. Monitoring production execution. Supporting adherence to schedules. Controlling raw materials, waste, and checklists. Reporting deviations to management.
