Responsible for managing and developing the portfolio of individual cooperative members, fostering close and consultative relationships, identifying opportunities, offering appropriate financial solutions, and strengthening ties with the cooperative—contributing to sustainable growth and member loyalty. * Manage the portfolio of individual cooperative members, focusing on relationship-building, profitability, and loyalty. * Prospect new cooperative members and expand the relationship base. * Identify financial needs and offer solutions such as credit, investments, insurance, consortia, and other financial products. * Adopt a consultative approach, advising cooperative members on optimal use of products and services. * Monitor portfolio indicators to achieve established targets. * Conduct financial profile and capacity analysis to support credit approval decisions. * Ensure excellence in customer service, delivering a positive experience to cooperative members. * Operate in compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and cooperative principles. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields. * Experience in customer service and portfolio management for individuals at financial institutions or credit cooperatives. * Knowledge of financial products and services. * Commercial mindset and results-oriented. * ANBIMA CPA-10 or CPA-20 certification is mandatory. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Childcare allowance, Education allowance, Day off, Flu vaccine immunization, Profit-sharing program, ANBIMA certification reimbursement, Life insurance, Uniform, Meal/voucher allowance, Transportation allowance
