Ensuring compliance with internal standards and protocols Job Description: * Deliver personalized guest service throughout the entire hotel stay, focusing on resolving complex requests and ensuring service excellence; * Efficiently conduct check-in and checkout procedures, ensuring compliance with internal standards and protocols; * Manage guest registrations, verify documentation, process payment methods, and enter security-related data—including sanitary protocols adopted by the Hotel Chain; * Issue fiscal invoices, post room charges, and perform financial control, including periodic audits of front desk administrative entries to ensure accuracy and compliance; * Supervise and guide Junior Front Desk Agents, ensuring adherence to unit procedures and standards; * Coordinate guest support services, such as wake-up calls, scheduling of additional services, and future reservations; * Provide detailed recommendations and guidance regarding accommodations, hotel services, and local activities; * Enforce and monitor internal standards, safety protocols, and service quality standards; * Organize and supervise front desk administrative routines, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with management; * Mandatory participation in standard operating procedure trainings for this role, delivered via EAD (distance learning), in-person sessions, or as directed by management.
