This professional will play a pivotal role in transforming business needs into well-defined, structured, and traceable functional requirements, supporting the development of solutions with greater predictability, efficiency, and adherence to project objectives. **Responsibilities** * Elicit, analyze, structure, and document functional requirements and business rules * Author and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications * Organize and maintain the product backlog in a structured and up-to-date manner * Collaborate with Product Owners, management, and development teams to ensure clear understanding of requests * Support the technical team throughout the development lifecycle by clarifying questions and monitoring delivery adherence to the defined scope * Identify inconsistencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in defined requirements and workflows * Support functional validation, system testing, and delivery sign-off processes * Contribute to traceability between business needs, defined requirements, and delivered functionalities * Collaborate to reduce rework and improve delivery quality **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Software Engineering, Administration, or related fields; experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements * Experience in software development and digital product projects * Experience authoring user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional detailing * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile * Ability to understand business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements * Experience with backlog management and request tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, ClickUp, Notion, or similar * Experience with agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban * Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse departments and professional profiles * Sense of responsibility, commitment to quality, and attention to deadlines **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience supporting functional testing, requirement validation, and sign-off * Knowledge of process modeling, workflow design, and user journey mapping * Prior experience in environments with strong collaboration among business, product, and technology teams * Knowledge of requirement traceability and structured functional documentation * Interest in evolving within product-related activities, discovery, and continuous improvement **Desired Profile** We seek an analytical, organized, proactive individual with strong communication skills.
