




Description: * Completed technical education in Computer Science, Computer Networks or related areas; ongoing bachelor's degree in IT is desirable. * Previous experience in technical support, hardware maintenance, system configuration and user assistance. * Basic knowledge of networks, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and information security. * Proficiency in Office Suite and good organizational, communication and problem-solving skills. * Provide technical support to users, resolving questions and issues related to software, equipment and network; * Assist in the installation and configuration of computers, printers, peripherals and programs; * Support preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment; * Assist in creating and maintaining user accounts and access profiles (Microsoft 365 and internal systems); * Support the control and organization of equipment inventory and software licenses; * Monitor and report network failures, connectivity and server issues; * Assist in performing backups and monitoring files; * Ensure compliance with information security policies; * Support the analyst in system upgrade projects and process automation. 2510240202201828711
