Support in process standardization and best practices for project management Perform multidisciplinary project analysis and coordination to ensure quality, compliance with regulations, and internal standards. Responsible for managing contracted designers, monitoring schedules, and supporting internal process standardization. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct critical analysis of multidisciplinary projects (architecture, structural, electrical, plumbing, etc.), ensuring compliance with regulations and internal standards; * Coordinate projects: analyze inter-disciplinary interfaces, lead coordination meetings, and propose solutions for conflicts; * Manage contracted designers: monitor deadlines, perform measurements, adjust schedules, and ensure deliverables conform to scope; * Interact with internal teams and suppliers to clarify doubts and implement necessary adjustments; * Support process standardization and best practices for project management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; * Experience in leading and coordinating projects; * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; * Familiarity with BIMcollab is desirable. **Additional Information** Professionals Since 1970, when a young engineer decided to found Plaenge, our purpose has always been clear: **to be a solid, ethical company with real impact on people's lives.** More than 55 years later, we take pride in what we have built: projects that transform cities, relationships founded on respect and trust, and a team that grows alongside our history.
