Job Summary: We are seeking a Driver Instructor to conduct training sessions, accompany drivers on routes, evaluate performance, and support vehicle operation safety initiatives. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct theoretical and practical training on traffic legislation and safety. 2. Accompany drivers on routes and deliveries, guiding safe driving practices. 3. Collaborate with the Occupational Safety team. We are looking for a responsible Driver Instructor to carry out tasks including delivering training, accompanying drivers on routes, evaluating performance, and supporting vehicle operation safety initiatives. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Deliver theoretical and practical training on traffic laws, safety regulations, and defensive driving techniques for drivers and vehicle operators; * Accompany drivers during route execution and deliveries, advising them on safe and efficient vehicle operation; * Evaluate driver performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions when necessary; * Maintain up-to-date records of trained drivers’ performance and progress; * Develop and update instructional and supporting materials for training programs; * Collaborate with the Occupational Safety team in developing policies and procedures related to vehicle operation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Driver’s license Class "E"; * Solid knowledge of traffic legislation, safety standards, and defensive driving techniques; * Strong communication and teaching skills, with ease in conveying knowledge; * Proactivity, flexibility, and strong teamwork abilities. **Additional Information** Meal Allowance; Food Voucher; Basic Food Basket; PPR – Profit-Sharing Program; Career and Compensation Plan; Partnership with SEST SENAT (dentist, nutritionist, psychologist, club, and gym); "Love Pack" (maternity kit); Birthday Day Off. **Since 1989, we have delivered trust, quality, and speed across Brazil.** **At Carvalima**, we are driven by our passion to connect people, businesses, and results.
