Job Summary: Helper responsible for loading, unloading, and organizing goods, assisting drivers and ensuring logistical efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Assist drivers in pickups and deliveries, loading and organizing cargo. 2. Load and unload goods onto trucks and perform rerouting operations. 3. Support the organization of goods in the DC and maintain clean areas. We are seeking a responsible Helper to handle loading and unloading of goods alongside trucks and organize the DC. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist drivers in pickups and deliveries, supporting loading, unloading, and cargo organization. * Label goods during pickups conducted directly at customer locations. * Load and unload goods onto trucks, including in rerouting operations. * Handle internally shipped goods, delivering them to responsible parties and recording system updates. * Receive mailbags from units, forward them to the finance department, and register them in the system. * Support the organization of goods in DC yards and maintain clean, organized areas and truck bodies. * Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, use PPE correctly, safeguard company assets, and collaborate with colleagues. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background** * Completed Elementary Education. **Additional Information** Meal Voucher; Food Voucher; Basic Food Basket; PPR - Profit Sharing Program; Career and Salary Plan; Partnership with SEST SENAT (dentist, nutritionist, psychologist, club, and gym); "Love Pack" (maternity kit); Birthday Day Off. **Since 1989, we have delivered trust, quality, and speed across Brazil.** **At Carvalima**, we are driven by our passion for connecting people, companies, and results.
