Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible Assistant for cargo loading and unloading tasks, organization, and logistical support. Key Highlights: 1. Assist drivers in pickups and deliveries, loading and unloading cargo. 2. Organize merchandise in the DC and maintain clean work areas. 3. Comply with safety regulations and safeguard company assets. We are looking for a responsible Assistant to handle loading and unloading of merchandise onto and from trucks, as well as organizing the DC. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist drivers in pickups and deliveries, including loading, unloading, and organizing cargo. * Label merchandise during pickups conducted directly at customer locations. * Perform loading and unloading of merchandise onto and from trucks, including redelivery operations. * Handle internally dispatched merchandise by delivering it to respective departments and recording system updates. * Receive mailbags from units, forward them to the finance department, and register them in the system. * Support organizing merchandise across DC platforms and maintain clean, organized workspaces and truck bodies. * Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), comply with safety regulations, use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly, safeguard company assets, and collaborate with colleagues. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Qualification** * Completed elementary education. **Additional Information** Meal Allowance; Food Allowance; Basic Food Basket; PPR – Profit Sharing Program; Career and Salary Plan; Partnership with SEST SENAT (dentist, nutritionist, psychologist, club, and gym); "Love Pack" (maternity kit); Birthday Day Off. **Since 1989, we have delivered trust, quality, and speed across Brazil.** **At Carvalima**, we are driven by our passion to connect people, companies, and results.
