Job Summary: Assist drivers in pickups and deliveries by performing loading, unloading, and cargo organization, ensuring the integrity and traceability of goods. Key Highlights: 1. An ethical, respectful workplace focused on growth We are seeking a responsible Helper to handle loading and unloading of goods alongside trucks and assist in organizing the distribution center (DC). **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist drivers in pickups and deliveries by helping with loading, unloading, and organizing cargo. * Label goods during pickups conducted directly at customer locations. * Perform loading and unloading of goods onto trucks, including cross-docking operations. * Handle internally dispatched goods, deliver them to respective departments, and record system adjustments. * Receive mailbags from branches, forward them to the Finance Department, and register them in the system. * Support cargo organization across DC platforms and maintain clean, orderly storage areas and truck bodies. * Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations; use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly; safeguard company assets; and collaborate with colleagues. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background** * Completed Elementary Education. **Additional Information** Meal Allowance; Food Voucher; Basic Food Basket; PPR – Profit Sharing Program; Career and Salary Plan; Partnership with SEST SENAT (dentist, nutritionist, psychologist, club, and gym); "Love Pack" (maternity kit); Birthday Day Off. **Since 1989, we have delivered trust, quality, and speed across Brazil.** **At Carvalima**, we are driven by our passion for connecting people, companies, and results.
