Responsibilities* * Control the workshop service schedule, ensuring all vehicles are received and delivered on time and to the required quality standard; * Monitor ongoing services; * Support alignment between the workshop and reception to ensure agility, organization, and service quality; * Manage workshop tools inventory; * Reassign services as needed; * Maintain continuous communication with consultants regarding any unforeseen events, delays, or rescheduling of appointments.
