If you identify with our purpose, this opportunity may be right for you! **Position:** Higher Educator I – Tourism **Contract:** Hourly – Indefinite Term (after 90 days) **Number of Positions:** 01 **Location:** Campo Grande/MS **Work Schedule:** Position requires availability to work either morning/afternoon or afternoon/evening shifts **YOUR ROLE IN THIS MISSION:** Implement educational actions according to the Educational Action Plan/Course Project and study course characteristics provided by SENAC, such as: competencies, professional profile upon completion, modules, thematic blocks, technological foundations, as well as total and daily workload; Develop teaching materials for the modules, thematic blocks, or course(s) to be taught, if no material is available, under guidance and supervision of the Pedagogical Coordinator and the Analyst responsible for the course at the Regional Administration; Comply with operational definitions of educational actions, including: class periods and schedules, student tardiness tolerance time, venue for program delivery, student assessment system, approval criteria (grades and minimum attendance requirements), and classroom logbook completion; Request teaching materials and supplies required for your thematic block/course delivery, and verify and assume responsibility for materials designated for class use; Participate in planning meetings aimed at organizing SENAC’s teaching-learning process; Develop the Teacher Work Plan; Participate in Pedagogical Meetings and Class Councils related to the course whenever summoned by the Pedagogical Coordination; Prepare a final report on course/thematic block development, addressing qualitative and quantitative aspects of its implementation, and submit constructive criticism and suggestions to enrich the action plan and product management; Support in-person sales and pedagogical coordination teams, as needed, in providing technical clarifications regarding course projects and customer/student information during sales closing; Support, when requested, the development of course plans and definition of consumable materials required for their execution; Provide suggestions and technical support to improve pedagogical environments; Develop, when requested, consultancy activities in SENAC MS’s areas of expertise. Perform other related duties of equivalent nature, responsibility, and complexity; Comply with, and ensure compliance with, applicable legislation, institutional norms, and regulations. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE WE EXPECT FROM YOU Completed undergraduate degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Leisure and Events; Postgraduate degree, MBA, or Master’s degree in Tourism or related fields is desirable; Proven experience in the tourism field, including segments such as travel agencies, hospitality, tourism planning, events, or public tourism management; Teaching, instruction, and/or tutoring experience in courses and/or training programs is desirable; Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B); Proficiency in content areas such as tourist geography, sustainable planning and development, tourism-related legislation, tourism marketing, and management of tourism enterprises; Consultancy experience in hospitality and/or food service is desirable; Availability for travel, training, and occasional weekend work WHAT WE OFFER **Salary:** R$ 55.00 (per teaching hour); monthly remuneration corresponding to the call-up (acceptance and execution) for the period **Our Benefits:** **Health Insurance Plan:** Granted after 90 (ninety) days of employment; **Meal/Voucher Allowance:** Granted after 90 (ninety) days of employment; benefit amount calculated proportionally to hours worked, ranging from 50% to 100% of R$ 945.00; **More Life Program:** Access to platforms supporting health, wellbeing, and quality of life (Starbem, TotalPass, Avus); Group Life Insurance; Funeral Assistance; Sickness Benefit Complement; **SESC Agreement:** Commercial discounts for School, Gym, Dental Services, Sesc Sabor e Arte Restaurant, and Sesc Bonito Hotel; **SENAC Agreement:** Employee discount at terradasaguas® Restaurant and SENAC Unit courses; Corporate Education Program; OUR SELECTION PROCESS This selection process aims to fill the position described herein; approved candidates, respecting ranking order, may also be considered for newly opened positions arising within the validity period of this process.
