Plan and implement actions that support growth oriented toward the optimization of industrial competitiveness. **Responsibilities and duties** * Advise companies in structuring projects aimed at raising public and private funds, including credit analysis, use of tax incentives, private social investment (income tax donation), and processing demands; * Identify and disseminate opportunities arising from economic incentive public policies, credit lines, and financing, performing calls for proposals mapping, focusing on client eligibility and feasibility, and support project structuring; * Collaborate with public banks, financial institutions, and funding agencies, promoting credit rounds to connect industry with financial agents; * Promote business training through partnerships, offering courses in credit, financial management, exportation, innovation, entrepreneurship, and other relevant topics; * Prepare technical opinions, reports, guides, bulletins, and feasibility assessments, providing updated analyses and information regarding clients' business performance and prospects; * Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders in the business and financial development ecosystem; * Develop and provide a map of tax incentives, accompanied by regional diagnostics, to guide companies in identifying and leveraging opportunities; * Monitor international funding sources and exchange rate fluctuations, as well as assist companies in identifying and accessing international credit lines; * Use data and indicators to support analyses and decision-making. **Requirements and qualifications** * Updated Professional Resume; * Certificate of Completion of Higher Education in Economics, Accounting Sciences, Public Policies, Engineering, or related fields;; * Minimum of 06 months of professional experience working with companies, financial institutions, or specialized consulting firms in promotion; * Experience in interacting with public and private agents related to economic development is desirable; * Knowledge of public funding and economic development policies and in the preparation and analysis of investment projects is desirable; * Valid National Driver's License Category B. **Additional information** * Health Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Education Assistance - Discounts at SESI School and SENAI courses in Mato Grosso do Sul; * Childcare Assistance; * Life Insurance; * Special Dependent Assistance; * Access to Corporate University.
