Perform accounting operational routines with responsibility and organization, ensuring accurate accounting records, account reconciliations, support in the monthly accounting closing, and compliance with ancillary obligations under the technical guidance of the senior team. * P**arameterization of the accounting chart of accounts** according to the tax regime and company activities; * **Setup of cost centers** and standard narratives in the accounting system; * Registration and verification of **customers, suppliers, bank accounts**, and related accounting items. * Importation, verification, and/or manual entry of **manual and automated accounting entries**; * Integration and analysis of data from **fiscal, payroll, and financial modules**; * Accounting reconciliation of **balance sheet accounts** (banks, customers, suppliers, inventories, loans, taxes payable) and **income statement accounts** (revenues and expenses); * Accounting entries for **depreciation, provisions, and allocations** according to established criteria. * Generation of monthly trial balances for review and analysis by the technical team; * Adjustments and closing entries for **monthly closing**, such as calculation of IRPJ/CSLL under Presumed or Actual Profit regimes; * Organization of supporting documents and **preparation for audits or inspections**; * Verification of accounting balances and support in the **preparation of financial statements**: Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Statement of Changes in Equity, etc. * Support in the generation, verification, and submission of accounting and tax obligations: **ECD – Digital Accounting Record** **ECF – Fiscal and Tax Accounting Record** **EFD Reinf** **IBGE** * Issuance of auxiliary reports for filing declarations; * Client support to clarify documentation issues or simple requests; * Support in gathering documents and reports for **audits and inspections**; * Maintenance and organization of digital accounting files; * Collaboration with other departments (tax, corporate, and payroll) on **integration of accounting data**.
