REQUIREMENTS: * Experience in coordinating logistics operations, inventory, transportation, and food distribution. * Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems, shelf-life control (FIFO/FEFO), and performance indicators (KPIs). * Experience with best storage practices, sanitary regulations, and fleet management. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills and basic Power BI knowledge (desirable). * Leadership, organization, agility, results orientation, and strong communication skills. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Plan, coordinate, and supervise all logistics operations, from receipt through final product delivery. * Ensure on-time delivery and food integrity throughout storage and transportation processes. * Monitor and analyze logistics performance indicators (productivity, damages, service level, costs, and punctuality). * Manage inventory and ensure accuracy, applying FIFO and FEFO practices to maintain product shelf life. * Supervise route planning, dispatch, and transportation, optimizing resources and reducing operational costs. * Coordinate and develop the operational team (warehouse staff, drivers, assistants, and verifiers), promoting engagement and efficiency. * Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and good food handling and transportation practices. * Conduct periodic inventories, track discrepancies, and implement corrective actions. * Prepare managerial reports and provide strategic information to senior management regarding performance and operational needs. * Propose and implement continuous improvements in logistics processes, focusing on productivity, quality, and waste reduction.
