Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible Helper to handle loading, unloading, and organizing of goods, supporting drivers and the distribution center (DC) team. Key Highlights: 1. Join a team committed to excellence We are looking for a Helper responsible for loading and unloading goods onto trucks and for organizing the DC. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist drivers during pickups and deliveries, helping with loading, unloading, and organizing cargo. * Label goods during pickups performed directly at customer locations. * Perform loading and unloading of goods onto trucks, including reconsignment operations. * Handle internally dispatched goods, delivering them to responsible parties and recording system updates. * Receive mailbags from units, forward them to the finance department, and register them in the system. * Support organizing goods in DC areas and keep storage areas and truck bodies clean and organized. * Comply with standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, use PPE correctly, safeguard company assets, and collaborate with colleagues. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background** * Completed Elementary School. **Additional Information** Meal Allowance; Food Allowance; Basic Food Basket; PPR – Profit Sharing Program; Career and Salary Plan; Partnership with SEST SENAT (dentist, nutritionist, psychologist, club, and gym); "Love Package" (maternity kit); Birthday Day Off. **Since 1989, we have delivered trust, quality, and speed across Brazil.** **At Carvalima**, we are driven by our passion to connect people, companies, and results.
