Job Summary: Helper responsible for loading and unloading goods, organizing the distribution center (DC), and supporting drivers during pickups and deliveries. Key Highlights: 1. An ethical, respectful workplace focused on growth We are seeking a responsible Helper to handle loading and unloading of goods onto and from trucks, as well as organizing the DC. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist drivers during pickups and deliveries, including loading, unloading, and organizing cargo. * Label goods during pickups conducted directly at customer locations. * Perform loading and unloading of goods onto trucks, including cross-docking operations. * Handle internally dispatched goods by delivering them to responsible personnel and recording system updates. * Receive mailbags from branches, forward them to the Finance Department, and register them in the system. * Support the organization of goods across DC platforms and maintain clean, orderly storage areas and truck bodies. * Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations; use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly; safeguard company assets; and collaborate with colleagues. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background** * Completed Elementary School. **Additional Information** Meal Allowance; Meal Voucher; Food Basket; PPR\- Profit Sharing Program; Career and Compensation Plan; Partnership with SEST SENAT (dentist, nutritionist, psychologist, club, and gym); "Love Package" (maternity kit); Birthday Day Off. **Since 1989, we have delivered trust, quality, and speed across Brazil.** **At Carvalima**, we are driven by our passion to connect people, companies, and results.
