Direct support to the executive board and executive secretary **Position: Administrative Assistant \- Campo Grande \- MS \#1117** **Job Responsibilities:** Maintain courteous and efficient communication with internal and external clients; Provide administrative support according to company requirements. **Specific Duties** Answer and screen incoming calls, directing them to the respective department per established policies and procedures; Receive and screen correspondence, legal filings, inspections, etc., directing them to the respective department per established policies and procedures; Greet and direct visitors to the respective department; Submit postal service requests via Correios, verify and record invoices; Manage court-related requests, verify and record tax invoices; Record tax invoices related to travel expenses such as accommodation and meals; Record tax invoices for expenses incurred by the headquarters and other properties, per leadership direction; Record GRDs (Revenue Collection Documents), tax invoices, and other required documents for the department per established policies and procedures; Monitor GRDs from registration through closure to provide necessary assistance; Provide administrative support to the Executive Secretary and Facilities team; Provide support to the executive board when required. **Requirements:** Completed high school education Experience in administrative routines and customer service **We Offer:** Salary: R$ 2\.128,01 \+ Meal Allowance R$ 21.00 per business day \+ Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance R$ 100.00 \+ Pharmacy Benefit Plan \+ Totalpass Benefit Plan \+ Life Insurance \+ Unimed Campo Grande – after probation period – 50% of the employee’s premium covered by the company. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM–11:30 AM / 1:00 PM–6:00 PM Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Medical Assistance * Life Insurance
