Job Summary: We are seeking an Access Controller to protect and secure internal and external areas, ensuring the integrity of assets and personnel. Key Highlights: 1. AVAILABLE POSITION – Access Controller Location: Av. Jamil Nahas, 832 – Núcleo Industrial Employment Type: CLT \| On-site Working Hours: * Rotating shift schedule (12 hours on, 36 hours off) * 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM (night shift) \*Main Responsibilities:\* \> Monitoring * Surveillance of internal and external areas \> Incident Prevention * Identification and communication of risk situations \> Emergency Response * Responding to alarms and incidents * Contacting authorities when necessary \> Incident Reporting * Preparing shift reports and logs \> Order and Discipline * Enforcing and advising on internal regulations \> Equipment Usage * Operating and maintaining security equipment \*Requirements:\* * Valid Security Guard training course with up-to-date refresher certification; * Active registration with the Federal Police; * Basic knowledge of CCTV and alarm systems; * Availability for night shifts; \*Benefits and Salary:\* * Meal allowance: BRL 400.00/month; * Transportation allowance (bus line serving the industrial zone with flexible schedules); * Life insurance; * SulAmérica National Health Plan (company-subsidized up to BRL 500.00, with option to include dependents). * BRL 1,630.00 \+ 30% hazard pay (BRL 489.00\) \= BRL 2,119.00\.
